I am a post-doctoral researcher, lecturer, and passionate R user. My research explores statistical learning, multivariate methods, and Markov-switching models to understand complex organizational and sustainability-related phenomena, often working with high-dimensional and imbalanced data. My teaching blends statistical theory with hands-on data analysis, aiming to equip students with practical, reproducible, and modern data science skills.
